Arrival and Parking
For most procedures or lab work, you will need to park by the West entrance. Take the elevator up to the first floor Welcome Center. Check in with your paperwork at the welcome desk. They will direct you where to go from there. Arrive at this location unless instructed otherwise.
Wheelchairs are available at the West entrance, the Welcome Center desk and the Emergency Department.
Welcome Center
Patients and visitors can access Lima Memorial’s health care services through the Lima Memorial Health System Welcome Center. Patients and visitors can enter the Welcome Center through the West entrance location of the hospital off of Shawnee Street. The 7,000-square-foot Welcome Center conveniently connects to the Outpatient Diagnostic & Imaging Center, as well as the Emergency Center and a Welcome Desk for patient registration, allowing for easy patient and visitor navigation. Additionally, it provides a Biggby Coffee and an expanded and modernized gift shop for your convenience.

Pharmacy Services
The Lima Memorial Outpatient Pharmacy is conveniently located on the second floor of the hospital. Our team of pharmacists and technicians are available to fill your prescriptions and provide education about your medications before you leave the hospital. The Retail Pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Meds-to-Beds
We believe the first and only stop after you leave the hospital should be your home. Our Meds-to-Beds service ensures your prescriptions are filled and ready for you when you leave the hospital. This option is available for all patients leaving the hospital, including patients discharging from the Emergency Center and outpatient surgery. Most major prescription insurance plans are welcomed.

Area for Prayer or Meditation
Our chapel is available 24 / 7 for prayer and meditation. It is located on the first floor, turn left off the elevator.

Serenity Garden
Serenity Garden is a landscaped garden and outdoor relaxation area for patients and families to enjoy fresh air and tranquility.
In the Patient Services Building, ground floor hallway, is a door leading outside to a beautiful peaceful location.

The Lima Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop is located conveniently inside our Welcome Center on the first floor and offers a thoughtfully curated shopping experience with something special for everyone. Whether you’re celebrating a new baby or someone's birthday, sending warm wishes and comfort to a patient, picking up a personal treat or essential item, our boutique-style shop is filled with a variety of items to brighten any day. Our dedicated volunteer team is ready to take your order by phone and deliver gifts right to a patient's room. Simply call us at 419-226-5189, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Food, Snacks and Beverages
The Lima Memorial Cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the main hospital. Serving hot meals during breakfast, lunch and dinner time frames.

Daily: 11 p.m - 7 p.m.
Breakfast: 6 - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4 - 7 p.m.
Self-Serve: 11 p.m. - 5 a.m. (A microwave is available on-site)
Vending Machines
There are various vending machines (beverages and snacks) located throughout the hospital. If you are on-site, ask an associate where the closest machine is located.
Coffee
Coffee can be purchased in the cafeteria and a Biggby Coffee is located within the Welcome Center on the first floor.
Room Service
We are pleased to offer At Your Request | Room Service Dining®. This program allows you to select meals from a wide variety of foods designed to make you feel as though you were eating at your favorite restaurant. We take a clinically led, chef-inspired menu to deliver nutrition that heals.
We encourage you to select from our delicious menu and call our room service operators at extension 3663 from 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Guest trays for visitors and family members are available for a charge and can be purchased by visiting our cafeteria checkout or by calling 3663 to have your tray delivered. For those opting to pay with cash, please visit our cafeteria checkout in person; our team is happy to help you with ordering and purchasing your guest tray. We kindly ask that your debit / credit card be ready upon ordering via phone, as phone orders must be paid for at the time of calling.
We will have your meal delivered to your room within 45 minutes or less.
