Family Planning and Childbirth Classes
In our Family Birth Center, we want you to be as comfortable as possible during childbirth, and we know comfort begins with you knowing what to expect. Our team is committed to helping expectant parents safely and comfortably welcome their newborns as we continue to face the challenges of COVID-19 in our community.
To ensure your safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lima Memorial Family Birth Center is now offering online courses that can take place in the comfort of your own home in place of in-person classes and tours, so you can still receive all the information you need prior to delivery. You will learn about the stages of labor, comfort techniques, common medical procedures performed during labor (epidurals, cesareans, etc.), plus newborn and postpartum care and more.
