I have been a pediatrician for 18 years and my favorite area of pediatrics is newborn medicine. I enjoy doing the first full physician exam on newborns and educating parents about caring for their infant. I will provide medical care for infants during their newborn hospital stay, and care for sick infants and children requiring inpatient hospital stays.  

I believe that the most effective approach to medical care in pediatrics is through a team-based approach. The patients and the patient’s parents are vital members of the team and decisions are best made collaboratively with all members.
