LMHS to Host High Five Associate Recognition Celebration

Lima Memorial Health System is excited to honor its dedicated associates at this year’s High Five recognition event! This special evening is all about celebrating the commitment and contributions of team members who have reached milestone anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service. The celebration will take place on Thursday, March 13, at the UNOH Event Center.

This year, LMHS will proudly recognize 152 associates who have reached a significant five-year milestone in their careers at Lima Memorial. Collectively, these dedicated individuals have provided more than 2,140 years of exceptional care to our community.

"Our associates are the heartbeat of Lima Memorial, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and compassion," shared Mike Swick, Chief Executive Officer of Lima Memorial Health System. “Each milestone we celebrate is a reflection of the lasting impact they have on the lives of our patients, their families and our entire community."

A highlight of the evening will be a special recognition of those reaching 25 to 45 years of service. These extraordinary individuals are listed below according to their years of service:

25 Years of Service: Julie Bowersock, Nick Crawford, Stacia Hall-Boughan, Amy Helser, Yvette Hines, Judith Jamison, Jodi Jones, Shana Knerr, Bethany Morris, Amber Stewart and Holly Tostrick.

30 Years of Service: Lynn Carpenter, Gayle Chaney, Rachele Hughart-Hopson, Shannon Russell, Christine Shaffer, Burlin Sherrick, Dolly Thompson and Jill Wurst.

35 Years of Service: Peggy Baxter, Suzanne Lovejoy, Beth Skym and Nichol Slate.

40 Years of Service: Patricia Miller, Rhonda Money, Melanie Sheridan and Joseph Simmons.

45 Years of Service: Kay Barber, Elaine Bass, Jeanne Hyde, Kimberly McClure and

Karen Donley.
