Lima Memorial Showers Volunteers with Thanks and Recognition at Annual Banquet

Lima Memorial Health System will celebrate its dedicated volunteers at the annual Volunteer Recognition & Awards Banquet at Whitetail Acres on Friday, April 17. The event will honor those whose time and talents help both Lima Memorial and the community it serves.  

This year, more than 80 awards will be presented to 70 volunteers, recognizing milestones beginning at 250 hours of service. Ken Kline will be especially celebrated for reaching the milestone of 10,000 hours, a remarkable testament to dedication, compassion and impact on patients, families and care teams alike. 

In 2025, Lima Memorial volunteers contributed 41,000 hours across the health system, supporting patients, families and associates in countless meaningful ways. With more than 135 active volunteers, their dedication will continue to be a vital part of Lima Memorial’s mission to improve the health of our community.
