Lima Memorial Foundation Hosts Cardiology INSIGHT

The Lima Memorial Foundation will host a special INSIGHT event on Wednesday, July 22, offering guests an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look inside Lima Memorial’s Heart & Vascular Institute from 3 - 5 p.m.

This immersive experience will give attendees the opportunity to tour key areas within the Heart & Vascular Institute, meet the physicians and care teams who provide advanced cardiac care close to home and hear directly from a patient whose life has been impacted by the care they receive at Lima Memorial.

“The Heart & Vascular Institute reflects the impact our donors make every day,” said LaShae Burwell, Director of the Lima Memorial Foundation. “This tour gives our community the opportunity to see how philanthropy supports advanced technology, enhances patient care and strengthens local health care.”

INSIGHT attendees will view various areas and technology of the Heart & Vascular Institute, including Lima Memorial’s cardiac rehabilitation gym and advanced echocardiography machines. Guests will also step inside Lima Memorial’s cath lab, where the care team evaluates heart blockages and helps patients receive the fast, life-saving care they need.
