I have experience supporting physiologic birth in multiple birth center settings and value low-intervention, evidence-based care that honors the body’s innate ability to give birth.  I support all birthing options and have additional experience as a hospital-based CNM, allowing me to provide collaborative care across diverse clinical settings. I am a breastfeeding advocate, and enjoy supporting families in the postpartum transition. I also have an interest in caring for women during perimenopause and menopause, providing education and guidance during this life stage.

My philosophy of care is grounded in building collaborative relationships with clients based on mutual trust, respect, and compassion. I am committed to listening attentively to each client’s concerns, values, and goals, and to providing informed, evidence-based care that supports shared decision-making. I strive to promote wellness across the lifespan-from adolescence and preconception through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause-honoring each woman’s unique experiences and empowering her to make informed choices about her health.
