Lima Memorial Health System is gearing up for its annual High Five associate recognition event on Thursday, March 12, at the UNOH Event Center. This special event honors Lima Memorial associates who have reached milestone anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service. It is an opportunity to recognize the compassion, teamwork and incredible talent that define Lima Memorial’s Great Care.
This year, LMHS will proudly celebrate 193 associates who are marking a significant five-year milestone in their careers. Together, these dedicated individuals represent more than 2,515 years of service to the organization and the community, an inspiring reflection of excellence and a shared commitment to providing exceptional care close to home.
“High Five is one of our favorite traditions because it allows us to pause and truly celebrate the people who make Lima Memorial what it is,” shared Mike Swick, Chief Executive Officer. Every milestone represents years of compassion, teamwork and commitment, and I am grateful for the opportunity to recognize and thank our team for the difference they make every day.”
