Lima Memorial Health System is proud to announce the opening of its newest location, Lima Memorial Health System – Delphos Medical Center, now open at 607 Elida Avenue, Delphos, Ohio. This new facility expands Lima Memorial’s footprint in the region and strengthens its commitment to delivering accessible, patient-centered care close to home.
