Lima Memorial Embraces Diversity

Lima Memorial’s Diversity, Health Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program will aim to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patients, staff, visitors, students and partners within Lima Memorial Health System. We believe that an inclusive, positive environment that emphasizes respect, collaboration, fairness and equality fosters superior service to our clients and is essential to the long-term success of our organization. The DEI program is committed to ensuring workplace diversity and cultivating a culture of inclusion. We will recruit, develop, retain and promote staff representing the full spectrum of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, national origin, age and physical ability.

At Lima Memorial, our goal is to provide every patient the best outcome and patient experience in the safest way possible. This will result in better holistic care for our patients and employees.
