COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Learn more about our COVID-19 evaluation and testing and our commitment to providing great care while maintaining the safest environment possible.
As we have resumed services, the health and safety of our patients, their families, our associates and community are our top priorities. As a means of protection and in accordance with recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and the State of Ohio, we have adopted a universal masking policy. Anyone entering a Lima Memorial facility must wear a cloth mask. If an individual does not have a mask upon arrival, a cloth mask will be issued at the point of entry into the health system or at registration for off-site facilities. As such, the need for fabric facemasks is still important, and we continue to seek volunteers to sew fabric facemasks and support this need.
