The Lima Memorial Foundation's mission is to support quality healthcare through philanthropy to the communities which Lima Memorial Health System serves.
In 2006, the Lima Memorial Foundation surpassed its $5,000,000 goal for the Here for Life! Campaign to help fund the Timmermeister Family Surgery Center. In addition to annual fund, the Foundation sponsors the Lima Memorial Foundation's Golf and Tennis Classic, held in May to raise funds to support quality healthcare improvements at LMHS and "A Journey to Remember," held in the fall at the Medical Park to raise funds to support healthcare initiatives at LMHS.
