To help us ensure that our patients are pleased with their care, we participate in a nationwide program that surveys patients about what they like and didn't like about their experience at Lima Memorial.
The HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey includes questions about aspects of the care experience.
