Lima Memorial's Cardiac Treatment Center utilizes numerous
diagnostic procedures, helping detect cardiac and vascular disease
before a life-threatening event occurs. Treadmill exercise stress
tests are conducted to assess cardiac-related symptoms and
appropriate means of treatment.
Nuclear stress tests are used to detect inadequate blood supply.
Through the use of specialized cameras, images can be taken of the
heart, thereby, providing a more accurate assessment of the heart
muscle.
The Cardiac Treatment Center also provides services such as 24
hour holter monitoring, echocardiography, pacemaker analysis, a
congestive heart failure clinic and supervised cardiac exercise and
rehabilitation sessions.
Our highly trained staff is composed of cardiac nurses,
sonographers, technicians, therapists and physicians.

- Cardiac Stress Testing : The Cardiac Treatment Center perfoms
exercise and pharmaceutical cardiac stress testing of all types,
using state-of-the-art SPECT imaging
- Echocardiography:The echocardiography Lab provides a variety of
services using state-of-the-art imaging equipment. The Lab was the
first in the Lima area to be accredited by the Intersocietal
Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories
(ICAEL), a mark of recognition for its commitment to high-quality
patient care and quality diagnostic testing.
