At Lima Memorial's Laboratory Services, we offer the only
full-service, local, 24/7 diagnostic outreach laboratory in the
region. We serve physicians and patients in the 10-county, West
Central Ohio region through:
- One centralized laboratory located in Lima Memorial
Hospital;
- 11 strategically located community collection sites;
- A home draw system for homebound patients; and
- A centralized courier service for specimen pickup.
Have confidence that when you send us your lab work, our highly
trained staff of ASCP certified Medical Technologist will evaluate
it thoroughly. In addition, because we are the region's only local,
24/7 outreach laboratory, the majority of all testing is performed
the same day to guarantee results back in a timely manner.

In addition to the expertise of the phlebotomy staff at Lima
Memorial Health System, we work in conjunction with Mayo Medical
Laboratories in Rochester, Minnesota, to evaluate some of the more
specialized and rare lab tests that our patients need.

11 Patient Collection Centers
We have 11 convenient patient service centers in Lima,
Cridersville, Ada, Russells Point, Wapakoneta and St. Marys to
offer testing close to your home. Our outpatient collection centers
open early in the morning and stay open until after work, and we
have Saturday morning hours. No appointment is needed - just
walk-in.
In addition, if you are unable to come to one of our centers,
our phlebotomists will do home draws.
